Over the last few months, I’ve been trying to wake up earlier than usual and start my day with a meditation and reflecting on good things in life ~ instead of the artist’s struggle to survive. I’ve created a playlist that has music that is still or instrumental and puts me in this peaceful state of mind.

As soon the the alarm clocks go off and life begins it’s routine and daily chaos... it’s impossible to make that time for myself.

So that led me to create my own kind of meditation music. Music that sets a tone and allows the space for reflection, prayer or maybe just clearing your head and getting focused.
